Rivio AI provides an AI-native Procurement Platform where intelligent agents proactively strengthen compliance, drive process adoption, and enhance spend control. During your subscription period, you may access and use our services for your internal business purposes only.

By using our services, you provide informed consent for us to collect and process Usage Data (information about how you use our platform) and Customer Content (data you upload or submit). This data helps us operate, improve, and maintain our services. We may use aggregated and de-identified versions of this data to train our AI models. Your consent is specific to these purposes, freely given, and revocable at any time through your account settings. We'll never share your identifiable data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. We maintain records of consent in compliance with GDPR, SOC 2 Privacy, and CPRA frameworks. You have the right to opt out of certain data processing, request access to your data, and maintain ownership of your content. For EU users, a separate Data Processing Agreement may be required.
Your data is never used to train third-party AI models. We use industry-leading cloud infrastructure and AI services that do not store, log, or use your data for training purposes. All customer data remains within our secure infrastructure with no data retention or exposure to external training systems.

We warrant that we will not materially reduce the functionality of our services during your subscription period. Otherwise, our services are provided "as is" without warranties. Each party's liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.
